As A Client
As a client, you understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:
You agree to retain Centric Solutions LLC to provide any of the services listed in the Scope of Services, including but not limited to, disputing negative items on your credit you believe may be inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable.
You agree to pay Centric Solutions LLC initial Work Fee once the work is completed. You understand and acknowledge that all work is non-refundable after three days of signing this Agreement and after the first work is done.
Failure To Pay For Service
In the event that Client fails or refuses to pay amounts properly due and owing, Centric Solutions LLC may elect to proceed by way of collection action within the courts of proper jurisdiction, without the use of any arbitration. Further, should any court of competent jurisdiction determine that this arbitration clause is not enforceable, and then the remainder of the terms and restrictions contained therein shall apply to said litigation. Under such circumstances and in the event of any such litigation, no jury trial shall be allowed to any party.
You agree to pay Centric Solutions LLC the first three days of each month for work as it is completed on a month-to-month basis in the amount set forth from Centric Solutions LLC services.
You understand and acknowledge that failure to timely pay for whatever reason will suspend all work on your behalf, including but not limited to, stopping all correspondence with the credit bureaus or creditors and any consulting services to be performed on your behalf, until payment in full is received. After ninety (90) days of any failure to make a timely payment, Centric Solutions will close your account and cease any communications with you but for the sole purpose of collecting the debt. To use Centric Solutions services after failure to make a timely payment within ninety (90) days, you agree and acknowledge that you may be required to establish a new account and pay all first work fees again.
You agree to pay Centric Solutions LLC service charge of 35% for all dishonored payments, which shall be added to the currents month billing cycle.
You agree to forward copies of all correspondences you receive from any credit bureau, including but not limited to letters and credit reports, and promptly inform Centric Solutions LLC of any changes in your physical address and/or email address. You understand that Centric Solutions LLC cannot perform the service provided without obtaining copies of the credit reports and all correspondence from the credit bureaus.
You acknowledge and agree that you request that Centric Solutions LLC dispute all derogatory information found on your credit reports except for information disclosed separately. You agree that Centric Solutions LLC will consider any derogatory information that is not disclosed to Centric Solutions LLC to be inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete.
You agree that any correspondence sent on your behalf and/or in your name by Centric Solutions LLC re proprietary to Centric Solutions and will not be kept as part of your client file.
You agree to make copies of any documents provided to Centric Solutions LLC to retain with your personal records. You agree that Centric Solutions LLC may not return documents forwarded by you and is under no obligation to retain copies of the correspondence sent to the credit bureaus on your behalf.
You understand that it is Centric Solutions LLC policy to shred all documents not required to be retained by law after thirty (30) days of completion of the services provided or upon cancellation of Centric Solutions services, whichever occurs first.
You acknowledge and agree that Centric Solutions LLC does not discuss your case with any unauthorized person (including your spouse/family member/significant other, etc.) unless you provide specific written authorization to Centric Solutions LLC.
Additional Terms and Conditions
LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
The Client, the undersigned, agrees by executing this Contract to grant a limited power of attorney to Centric Solutions LLC, and any and all persons in there employ, as the Client’s agent, to have the necessary power and authority to undertake and perform the services set forth in Section A. above on the Client’s behalf. The Client hereby given permission to Centric Solutions to sign the Client’s name on all documents written or submitted electronically on the Client’s behalf for the purpose of disputing inaccurate, erroneous and obsolete credit information held on the Client’s report by the consumer credit reporting agencies. This limited power of attorney is given to Centric Solutions LLC in compliance with section 611 of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any 'credit repair' company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.
"You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you. The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations.
· When submitting documents online, the Client agrees that his or her digital signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature as provided in The Federal E-Sign Act.
In the event of any claim or dispute between the Client and Centric Solutions LLC arising from or relating to this terms, or the enforceability or scope of any arbitration provision, or of any prior agreement, the Client and Centric Solutions LLC must resolve the claim or dispute by binding arbitration.

Failure To Pay For Service
Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may prevent Centric Solutions LLC from performing the requested services, may delay the performance of any services on your behalf and may void any and all of the guarantees contained herein at Centric Solutions LLC sole discretion.
